At Shapefy, we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable, so feel free to explore different options! If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided it's in its original condition and packaging.
A 5% cancellation fee is applicable to cover transaction processing costs, which are not refunded to us by payment processors in case of a cancellation.
You have the choice between receiving a refund in the form of store credit or back to your original payment method.
Shapefy does not cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the return at our warehouse, we'll initiate the return process, which typically takes 2-3 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
We understand the inconvenience of receiving a damaged or defective item. Once we confirm the issue, we'll promptly replace the item with a brand new one.
